Meet the Team

Applied Info-Systems mission is to convert paper documents into electronic digital documents that are easily filed and retrieved.

Join me on Linked InRobert Wieseneck has been involved with the Real Estate and Insurance industries for over 20 years. These two industries use huge amounts of paper in their record keeping. While being involved in the enormous task of trying to keep the record keeping straight he always wondered if there wasn’t a better way. While living in Northeast Tennessee he got involved with the local chapter of the Sierra Club and during this time he became conscious of all the waste that is being created on this planet. Robert became intrigued about saving paper by scanning documents to electronic files. This was all well and good, but it raised a new set of concerns: how would these documents be retrieved? how secure are they? would they be able to be shared by other employees?

I soon saw an opportunity to help the environment and help small to medium sized businesses set up a more efficient way to store documents. In my quest to find the best way to accomplish this, I came across Cabinet NG and they introduced me to Greg Chernicky of Applied-InfoSystems.

Applied-InfoSystems goal is to provide the guidance and expertise to businesses who are eco friendly and want to work in a paperless environment.

Join me on Linked InGreg Chernicky has been providing document management solutions to business and government entities for thirty years. Greg has worked with some of the largest corporations in America, along with companies that would be considered “mom & pop”. At the end of the day, the document volumes and number of users may be different, but the business solution is just as important!

The software tools for solving the issues of managing the document lifecycle have evolved exponentially over the years, much to the benefit of the customer. Today, a business can acquire a very robust document imaging solution for a fraction of an equivalent system from just several years ago. The “paperless office” is now affordable for most every size business.

Using a common sense approach developed through many years of experience, the beginning of any successful engagement is an onsite analysis of the document flow. With a proper understanding of the business requirements, an educated recommendation will be provided, with respect to available budgets and a focus on ROI.
